HOW TO ORDER:

All orders will be confirmed within 48 hours.

All gift baskets arrive fully wrapped and assembled, with the exception, in some cases, of the bows on
multiple basket orders. These will be included separately to facilitate ease of shipping and to avoid damage.
Instructions for fluffing will be included with first time orders.

MINIMUMS:
No minimum order on gift baskets. Large or small quantities are never a problem.
Marketing items, promotional products and full color imprinted gifts-minimums as stated.

LEAD TIME:
For large quantity orders, 2-3 weeks is appreciated. However, we will always try to accommodate rush
orders at no additional charge. During the busy holiday season, longer lead times may be necessary to
ensure timely delivery/shipping of your orders.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:
Commercial deliveries only. Residential orders will be shipped regardless of location.

A $12.00 delivery charge for quantity orders within our local delivery area (from Boynton Beach to
Pembroke Pines/Miramar) will be added to your invoice.
Single basket orders or orders under $25, will be shipped at your discretion or incur a $15.00 delivery fee.

Shipping is available nationwide, subject to current rates and weight of package.
All shipping or delivery charges will be added at time of invoice.

PAYMENT TERMS:
All major credit cards accepted.
30 day billing on corporate accounts is available, subject to credit approval. A 1.5% finance charge will
be added to all past due accounts over 45 days.
The cost of shipping and handling will be added to your invoice upon shipment.

SALES TAX:
The appropriate sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped or delivered within the State of Florida.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
We pride ourselves for our quality and service, regardless of the size of the basket or order. We cannot,
in all fairness, penalize those businesses with smaller budgets. All our products are designed to give you
the best quality and presentation regardless of cost.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:
We are constantly adding new ideas and designs to our product line. However,if you don't see something
that suits your needs among our varied selection, we will custom design a gift that meets your specific
requirements and budget.

PERSONALIZATION:
Certain styles can be personalized directly on the container, or a personalized card can be designed
and attached to each basket. In addition, we can now personalize ribbon with your logo, name or saying.

We can also include any personalized items you wish to send us at no additional charge. We also have
access to approximately 800,000 promotional products which can be imprinted with your logo.

SUBSTITUTIONS:
Substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be necessary but will not effect the quality of the
finished product.

WINE/ALCOHOL:
Due to laws governing the sale of alcohol, we do not include wine, beer or alcohol in our baskets. We will
gladly include sparkling cider, or non-alcoholic wine as per your request.

RETURNS:
Any damage to your shipment must be reported immediately upon receipt.Shipping charges will not
be refunded. No returns will be accepted for custom, personalized gifts and promotional products. We pride ourselves on our quality service and products. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us so that we can address your concerns. We will do our best to make things right!!!!

PRIVACY POLICY:
It is our policy to protect the privacy of our clients. Information obtained from our customers will not be
shared with anyone. We value your confidence and trust.
